- While photographing landscapes is encouraged, please be respectful when taking photos of local people. Some may feel uncomfortable or believe photos capture their spirit. Always ask permission through your guide, and a small tip is appreciated.

- Transportation for all transfer (return airport transfers by private vehicle, return public ferry tickets from Sorong to Waisai, and private return boat transfers between Waisai and accomodation in the Island)

Day 1
Sentani Airport - Wamena
Arrive at Wamena Airport and directly visit the vibrant Wamena Market, where Dani people trade sweet potatoes, vegetables and fruits an important part of highland culture. This lively market offers a colorful introduction to daily life in the Baliem Valley.

Dani Tribe Village
Day 2-3
Baliem Valley
Day in the Baliem Valley, known for its mountain scenery, traditional settlements and rich Papuan culture. Time to visit local villages and walk through the valley. Further exploration of the valley with gentle trekking through fields, riverside paths and small hamlets, allowing a deeper look at Dani culture.

Day 4
Wamena - Nimbokrang
Transfer to Wamena airport for the return flight to Sentani. On arrival, time to explore the surroundings of Lake Sentani, a vast lake dotted with small islands and traditional villages. Possibility to take a boat ride to observe local life, depending on arrival time. After lunch direct transfer to Nimbokrang, a lowland rainforest area known for birdwatching. Depending on arrival time, first guided birding outing in search of Papuan forest species.

Day 6
Nimbokrang - Raja Ampat
Early transfer to Sentani Airport for the flight to Sorong. On arrival, transfer to the harbour and continue by ferry to Waisai, gateway to Raja Ampat, before reaching the island accommodation.

Blue River Namblong
Day 7
Raja Ampat
After breakfast, start a full-day island hopping tour. Climb the iconic Piaynemo Viewpoint for breathtaking panoramic views of limestone karst islands surrounded by turquoise waters. Continue to Telaga Bintang, a beautiful star-shaped lagoon perfect for photography. Visit Arborek Village, an ecotourism island where you can snorkel directly from the pier among colorful coral reefs, tropical fish, and possibly manta rays. Continue to Sawandarek, also known as “Turtle City,” where turtles often rest near the jetty and porcupine rays glide through seagrass beds. End the day at Kri Island, stopping at a stunning sandbank that emerges during low tide—an unforgettable final highlight before returning to your accommodation in the late afternoon.

Raja Ampat
Begin your day with a 45-minute boat ride from your accommodation to Kabui Bay. Kabui Bay is a stunning, sheltered area in Raja Ampat, known for its labyrinth of limestone karst islands, turquoise waters, and mangrove forests. Key highlights include the narrow Kabui Passage and Batu Pensil (Pencil Rock). Continue to Friwen Island for snorkeling over vibrant coral reefs. Friwen Island is a small but popular destination in Raja Ampat, renowned for its white sand beaches and the famous Friwen Wall, a spectacular vertical reef ideal for both diving and snorkeling.

Free in Paradise
Wake up to the sounds of waves and birdsong. Enjoy breakfast with ocean views. Spend the day at leisure—relax on your terrace, swim, snorkel, or explore the surrounding reefs at your own pace.

Depart from Waigeo to Sorong
After breakfast, transfer to Waisai Harbor and take the ferry back to Sorong. End of services.
