Detail Itinerary
Day 1
Blue River & Nocturnal Wildlife
You will be picked up from Sentani and transferred to Nimbokrang. Along the way, enjoy scenic views of Lake Sentani. Upon arrival in Nimbokrang, enjoy lunch before continuing to the Blue River, a beautiful natural river renowned for its crystal-clear blue water. Here, you will have time to swim and relax while enjoying the peaceful rainforest surroundings. In the evening, return to the lodge for dinner. After dinner, join a guided night walk around the lodge in search of owls and other nocturnal wildlife that inhabit the surrounding forest.

Day 2
Morning Birding in Nimbokrang
Today’s excursion will take us to one of the birding sites in Nimbokrang, where we will observe species such as the Twelve-wired Bird-of-Paradise and Lesser Bird-of-Paradise. We may also see Blyth’s Hornbill, Brown- and Black-capped Lories, Lowland Peltops, Buff-faced Pygmy Parrot, Brown-headed Crow, Jobi Manucode, Shovel-billed Kookaburra, Papuan Frogmouth, Ochre-collared Monarch, etc. After breakfast, transfer back to Sentani Airport for your onward journey. End of services.
